Times The current average order
processing time for custom made orders is 2 - 10 days for your items to leave our
facility. Due to custom making by hand every candle order we receive please allow 1
to 2 weeks for your item to be shipped.
Please allow additional
processing time for larger orders, wholesale orders and fundraiser orders.
Shipping & Returns
USPS & UPS (United States):
TexasTripleScentedCandles.com does not ship C.O.D. All orders in the continental
United States are shipped by either United States Postal Service (USPS) or
United Parcel Service (UPS), most cost effective method. This means that once the
items leaves our warehouse, it is the agent (USPS or UPS) who is responsible
for the safekeeping of your package. Currently we ship with the US only, no PO Boxes.
PLEASE NOTE:
To save our customers money and to make your shopping easy we offer a flat
rate for shipping in the US of only $8.95 make it a small order or make it a large order
the rate is always only $8.95. (Wholesale & Fundraiser orders do not apply to the flat
rate shipping)
Damaged Shipments:
Damaged Goods: Each shipment is packed carefully keeping in mind
that the order will probably be drop kicked from TX to your
location. In the rare event that your order does not endure the
extreme shipping, please either refuse the shipment or sign for it
as "damaged" and call us immediately to start a claim. Please retain
all boxes and packing material at least 16 days for inspection by
the carrier. If you accept the damaged package from the courier you
will be responsible for the return shipping cost. All packages leave
our warehouse in good condition.
Returns:
RETAIL: Fragrance
oils, candles, air fresheners, aroma beads are not returnable under any
circumstances, unless shipped by error on our part or product is defective. This policy is
non-negotiable. We encourage you to sample our fragrances first to assure your complete
satisfaction. This policy is for your protection so we can ensure the high quality
of our products. All other merchandise returns accepted only within 7 days of receipt.
Returns must be approved, please call or e-mail info@texastriplescentedcandles.com
for authorization. Unless our error, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns of our
other items to cover credit card fees, labor incurred, etc and 75% restocking fee
will be charged to unauthorized returns to cover the same as well as the now unusable
products. Approved returned merchandise must be received in proper packaging and in good
condition to be accepted. IF ITEMS ARE NOT RECEIVED IN RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, THEY MAY NOT
BE ACCEPTED. Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for
shipping on all returns. In-store credit only, no cash refunds are given unless shipment
was our error. Do not send new orders with returned items for an exchange! Doing so might
delay your order, as returns are unpacked in the order they are received. You will
be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new
order. SPECIAL ORDER AND CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. WHOLESALE &
FUNDRAISER ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE!! Unless shipped by error on
our part or product defective.
Specials/Returns: No
substitutes are given on sale items. If any of the desired scents are currently out of
stock, you will be asked to choose an alternate. If any sale items are out of stock, a
rain check will not be given.
Warranties: TexasTripleScentedCandles.com
makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any certain product
for use in secondary products or the actual results of its use in any such
products. TTSC expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting from the use of
these products in any secondary products produced thereby. It is common in our industry
for occasional variances to occur in products such as waxes and fragrances, therefore
slight adjustments to your formulas/methods may be needed at times. Any instructions,
directions or tips given on TexasTripleScentedCandles.com site are strictly for
informational purposes and are only helpful guidelines to be used as a starting point.
